ftp.ro.debian.org is down

In case there are people who don't know and care, ftp.ro.debian.org/debian is down. You can switch to ftp.lug.ro/debian if you have a i386, amd64 or powerpc arch system.

For others, I'd recommend ftp.at.debian.org/debian or ftp.de.debian.org/debian.
